Advanced Boys Pre-school:
Movin Monkeys (3-4 years):
Tuesday/Thursday 1:30-2:20pm
This class is for the little guys who show advanced understanding of motor skills and body control. Great for those boys who might be looking toward competitve gymnastics as well. Skills: Basic strength, flexibility, swings, movement, and following directions.
Tumblin' Tigers (4-5 years):
Monday/Wednesday 1:30-2:20pm
This is a little more advanced, for those boys who show great listening skills, body control, strength, and flexibility. Also for those boys who may be thinking about competitive gymnastics.

Rainbow Pink (3 year olds):
Monday/Wednesday 9:30-10:20 am
The three year old program is a fast pace class that focuses on classroom
skills, special awareness, exploring movement, developing the large muscle groups, and learning age
appropriate skills. Children will learn simple locomotor skills and begin to develop balance, jumping, and
swinging skills. This is a 50 minute class that must be attended two times a week.
Rainbow Purple(4-5 years):
Monday/Wednesday 10:30-11:30am
Tuesday/Thursday 9:30-10:30am
Tuesday/Thursday 10:30-11:30am
Tuesday/Thursday 4:00-5:00
In Rainbow Purple as the girls begin to become more aware of movement potential they begin to learn simple
skills on each apparatus. The J.O. level 1 routines on each piece of equipment are learned as well as
important developmental skills and position that are important for strong basics and fundamental in
competitive gymnastics. Girls begin to learn simple sequences.
Rainbow Blue (4-6 years):
Tuesday/Thursday 1:00-2:30pm
Girls at this level learn more complex skills, strength, and dance. The girls learn J.O. level 2 routines
and begin to enhance performance skills. This class is two days a week for 90 minutes.
Rainbow Gold (4-6 years):
Monday/Wednesday 4:00-6:00pm.
The Gold program is pre-team development programs where girls begin learn the J.O. 3 routines and strengthen fundamentals for power, swing, flexibility, and strength. This is two times a week for two hours.
