Policy Information

Session Information

Each session is exactly four-weeks long unless otherwise noted
Days that we are closed are included
If we are closed on a day that you have a scheduled class please contact us to schedule a make-up class on a different day and time that works out for you.

2010-2011 Calendar

Payment Details

Tuition is paid at the beginning of each four-week session
Any tuition paid after Saturday of the first week requires a $10 late fee in addition to the correct tuition payment
Anyone with more than one child enrolled during a session receives a 10% discount off their total tuition
There is a $40 annual registration fee per family (good for a year from the day you start)
You may sign up at any time during a session and we will pro-rate your tuition price
During the fall-spring sessions you will be automatically re-enrolled into the next session
Any withdrawal requires two-weeks notice before the session you intend to withdraw from (either written notice or by e-mail)
Failure to provide two-week withdrawal notice will require payment for the session
