ALTERNATIVE FITNESS PROGRAMS |
Athletic Conditioning |
The idea of athletic conditioning in gymnastics is that you can gain strength and flexibility that can be applied to any sport or activity. In gymnastics, however, the goal is to gain strength by increasing muscle fiber density without gaining muscle fiber mass. In other words, gain the muscle strength without gaining the muscle weight. |

HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASTICS CLINIC |
We are now offering a High School Gymnastics Clinic, also called "Twisters". This gives all girls aspiring to participate in high school gymnastics a chance to work out with the coaches who helped Carrie Dragland set new records and helped Bothell and Woodinville High win state titles.
This WIAA approved program allows gymnasts to stay in shape year-round for safety and better competitive performance.
